Question: | I have paid for my entries by a payment method other than PayPal, but am still getting payment reminder notices? |
Information: | Reminder notices are usually sent out x days before the closing date of a competition (where x is set by the competition secretary of the club). Check your 'Unpaid Entries' to see if your entry has been marked as paid. Solution: If you want to avoid the payment reminders, just be sure to enter and pay at least a week or so before closing date to give the competition secretary a chance to mark of the payment before the automatic reminder notices. Alternatively, email a copy of your proof of payment to the trial secretary and ask that they can tick your entry off as paid before the nightly reminder notices go out. |
Question: | I have paid for my entries by direct deposit, but they are still showing up in my Unpaid Entries listing? |
Solution: | he competition secretary will mark entries as paid as they see the payments appear in the club's bank account. If still showing in the Unpaid Entries after that, please contact the competition secretary. |
